I recently completed the sale of my Emmer Green property through Walmsley and was very satisfied with the service from the initial valuation, through agreement of the content of the property brochure, organisation of viewings and then liaising with the eventual buyers to achieve a successful outcome. Every one I dealt with in the Sales team was friendly and professional and good communication was maintained. A special mention of Paula Abbott who looked after the critical period after an offer had been made and accepted. She was always accessible, rang back promptly when I left a message, provided really practical advice and was always willing to work positively between me and the buyers when I felt things weren't going quite as I expected and reassure me with a sensible rationale for events - no unhelpful sugar coating of the facts!
