What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register by phone, email or on our website.
When registering on our site, in person or on the telephone, as appropriate, you may be asked to provide your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

However, this may also mean as we have no record of your request, that we may end up sending you information if your details are fed into our systems again.
As an organisation, we can keep your data “in the performance of a task in the public interest”, and can refuse to remove you from our records if there is a regulatory reason to keep them such as managing accounts for example.

Contacting Us
We record all phone calls, both landline, and mobile. These are stored on our system and kept for accuracy and security. A copy of your call is available on request, we may redact comments made where sensitive information that affects a third party of may be subject to an NDA is discussed.
